Another French couple (France's loss is our gain) whose nougat you have to taste to believe.
I dubbed them Monsieur et Madame Nougat. They certainly know what they're doing, and they're so nice and friendly while they're at it!
I sampled this one, honey, almonds and pistachios. Beware: It could get addictive....
